Role Overview:
As a Supermarkets Executive, you’ll hold a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the operations of our supermarket chains in Budapest.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple supermarkets.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and stock availability.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate supermarket teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns for the supermarkets.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the supermarkets.
- Implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
Supplier Relationships:
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers.
Customer Experience:
