Role Overview:
As a Supermarkets Executive, you’ll spearhead various facets of supermarket management, overseeing operations, optimizing customer experiences, and maintaining high standards within our store in Bucharest.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Lead and oversee daily supermarket operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize the shopping experience.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate supermarket staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Conduct training sessions to develop employees’ skills and product knowledge.
