Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Equine Hoof Care:

• Perform hoof trimming and shoeing following established techniques and standards.
• Regularly examine hooves for issues and apply corrective measures as necessary.

Customer Assistance:

• Collaborate with horse owners, trainers, and veterinarians to address hoof-related concerns.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all procedures for both horses and handlers.

Client Relations:

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Farrier or related equine care roles.
• Proficiency in equine anatomy and hoof-related issues.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a hygienic workspace.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Farrier or within equine care is highly advantageous.
