Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Management: Supervise day-to-day woodworking activities, including crafting, inventory control, and overseeing the team.

Craftsmanship: Deliver high-quality woodworking products and address client requests or concerns with precision and expertise.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the woodworking team to meet project goals and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Inventory Oversight: Monitor material levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate with suppliers for necessary supplies.

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Trade certification or equivalent experience in woodworking.

Proficiency in woodworking software is beneficial.
