Role Overview:
As a Farrier Farmer, your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional hoof care, blacksmithing, and overall well-being for horses in and around Krakow.
Key Responsibilities:
Equine Hoof Care:
Offer meticulous and skilled hoof trimming, shoeing, and corrective procedures for various breeds of horses.
Diagnose and address hoof-related issues accurately and compassionately.
Customer Relations:
Deliver unparalleled customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to equine hoof care and farriery practices.
Cultivate a supportive and knowledgeable environment for horse owners and enthusiasts.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize specialized tools and techniques for hoof care, blacksmithing, and corrective shoeing.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in farriery and equine podiatry.
Inventory & Supply Management:
Monitor inventory of farriery tools, horseshoes, and related supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement when necessary.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate with fellow team members for streamlined workflows and effective problem-solving.
Foster a positive and cohesive atmosphere within the workshop and among the equestrian community.
Sales Support:
Assist clients with horse-related needs and offer guidance on hoof care solutions.
Recommend supplementary products or services that complement equine care and farriery.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Farrier Farmer or equivalent role is advantageous.
Proficiency in equine hoof care, blacksmithing, and farriery techniques.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with equine management software is beneficial.
