Role Overview:

As a Flooring Installer, your primary responsibility will be to execute and oversee the installation of various flooring materials for projects in and around Prague.

Key Responsibilities:

Flooring Installation:

  • Execute precise installation of various flooring materials (tiles, wood, laminate, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail during the installation process.

Surface Preparation:

  • Prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Address any subfloor issues before flooring installation.

Material Handling:

  • Handle and manage flooring materials and tools effectively.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage.

Quality Assurance:

  • Inspect finished flooring to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with project teams and clients for seamless workflow.
  • Communicate effectively regarding flooring requirements and progress.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of flooring installations and completed tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Flooring Installer is preferred.
