Role Overview:
As an Ironworker, your primary responsibility will involve working on structural steel components for various projects in and around Prague.
Key Responsibilities:
Metal Fabrication:
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to project requirements.
- Use cutting, welding, and shaping techniques to create precise metal structures.
Installation:
- Install fabricated metal components in construction projects with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications during installation.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling and installing structural steel.
- Maintain a safety-conscious approach throughout all tasks.
Maintenance & Repair:
- Conduct maintenance and repair work on existing metal structures as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve structural issues effectively.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Communicate effectively regarding metalwork requirements and progress.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of metal fabrication activities and completed tasks.
- Generate reports outlining metalwork conditions and completed projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an Ironworker or in metal fabrication is preferred.
- Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques and tools.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with structural steel equipment and safety procedures is advantageous.
