Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Technical Expertise: Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform intricate repairs on machinery components.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while working on machinery and within the industrial environment.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for reference and analysis.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and technicians to address complex machinery-related challenges and improve functionality.

Precision Alignment: Ensure precise alignment and calibration of machinery components to maintain accuracy and efficiency in production processes.

Parts Procurement: Identify and source necessary replacement parts and materials for machinery repairs and maintenance.

Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or apprentices to enhance their skill sets.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Millwright or in a related mechanical field is advantageous.

Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or related field.

Familiarity with industrial maintenance software is desirable.
