Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying undercoats as needed.
• Ensure the readiness of surfaces for plastering.

Plaster Application:

• Apply plaster manually or using tools for consistent and smooth finishes.
• Match and apply plaster textures to meet project specifications.

Surface Finishing:

• Finish surfaces by smoothing and polishing to achieve the desired appearance.
• Address imperfections and ensure high-quality finishes.

Repair Work:

• Perform repair work on existing plaster surfaces as required.
• Assess and fix cracks, holes, or other damage effectively.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with construction teams to align plastering tasks with project timelines.
• Communicate effectively regarding surface preparation and finishing requirements.

Documentation:

• Maintain records of plastering activities and completed tasks.
• Generate reports outlining plastering conditions and completed projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Plasterer is preferred.
• Proficiency in plastering techniques and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
