Role Overview:
As a Plasterer, your primary responsibility will be to execute plastering and finishing tasks across construction sites in and around Tallinn.
Key Responsibilities:
Plastering:
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and structures as per project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality finishing and smooth surfaces for painting or further treatment.
Surface Preparation:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them.
- Install corner beads and masking to protect surfaces during plaster application.
Repair & Restoration:
- Perform repairs and restorations on damaged plaster surfaces.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to ensure a durable finish.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with construction teams for seamless project execution.
- Communicate requirements and progress updates accurately.
Tools & Equipment:
- Operate plastering tools and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain tools and ensure their proper functioning.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and procedures during all plastering activities.
- Prioritize a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in plastering techniques and surface preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
