Role Overview:

As a Scaffolder, your primary responsibility will be the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding structures at construction sites in and around Prague.

Key Responsibilities:

Scaffolding Operations:

  • Erect, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures, adhering to safety guidelines and project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during all scaffolding activities.

Maintenance and Inspections:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of erected scaffolds to guarantee structural stability and safety.
  • Address any safety concerns or issues promptly to maintain a secure working environment.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of scaffolding techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve scaffolding-related challenges as they arise.

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations throughout all scaffolding tasks.
  • Foster a culture of safety and prioritize it in all construction-related activities.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, inspections, and maintenance procedures.
  • Generate detailed reports outlining scaffold performance and completed tasks.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with construction teams to coordinate scaffold setups, alterations, and dismantling.

  • Technical expertise in scaffold erection, maintenance, and inspection.

Qualifications and Requirements:
