Key Responsibilities:

Ship Construction Management: Supervise all stages of ship construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.

Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality standards throughout the shipbuilding process, conducting inspections and tests as necessary.

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the shipbuilding team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower effectively to meet project milestones.

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in shipbuilding or engineering fields.
