Role Overview:
As a Supermarkets Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing supermarket operations, implementing strategies, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency across our stores in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor product placement, and optimize store layouts for customer convenience.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction within the supermarkets.
- Ensure a welcoming and customer-centric environment across all stores.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate supermarket teams, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and customer service skills.
Sales and Performance Analysis:

Supplier Relations:

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
